I bought their unlimited monthly India call deal online on 2/24.
After that I could not even place a single call to India. Any number I dial it says "the number is not available". Till 2/25 the automated voice says 4000 mins left. On Sunday I tried again but heard the same message, "the number is not available". And it says 3834 mins left. I could not place even a single call and it says 3834 mins left. I called up their customer support and waited for 1 hour on 2/25,40 mins on 2/26 and 25 mins on 2/27. I emailed to their [email protected] twice but didn't get any reply.
