When making the order as you have read in all the other write ups they harass you to buy more. Finally I agreed to add a grill to my order of the two frying pans that I intially ordered. The order came to $66.95 when I received the order the only thing I had was the two frying pans. I called the company and of course my order was for only the two frying pans (not true), I returned the pans, paid the shipping and handling to return the items. When I checked my account the refund was not the 66.95 the took out of my account but 59.96. Again I called and Ryan the technician said the diference was $6.99 and that's what they paid to ship the pans to me. I said you're kidding right since I had to pay for the shipping and handling when I return the pans to you. He agreed to have the difference place in my account. From the looks of things that may not happened. My opinion of this company is, if they can get away with it they will. Buyers beware STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm surprised no one has gotten them for their scams.
