I purchased two of their frying pans. I fell for the commercial about them working so well. I also paid for the shipping to get the knife. After less than 2 months everything started to stick to the pans and it was getting worse. I contacted the company but got no response. I returned one of the pans, it is chipped on the outside and the inside is turning color and everything sticks to it unless I dump lots of oil in it. The returned the pan saying that it was not a pan issue but a user issue. After reading all the complaints I have found, I think it is a company issue. Also the knife after a couple of weeks is not sharp at all. I tried to sharpen it but it only last one use. I want my money back for the items. They are doing a false advertisement when they say they are warrantied, because they aren't. If I get no response from the company this time I will go to the Attorney Generals office to get things straightened out.
