Ordered the orgreenic 10" frying pans online, said pay $19.99 for one with free shipping and get one more free just pay $6.99 S&H. Also would receive a THIRD bonus smaller 9" pan by paying yet another $6.99 fee. They charged us the TWO $6.99 fees and NO smaller bonus pan came with our order. Called customer service and she said they don't have any smaller pans than the 10" pan. Told me that the order was placed for only the two 10" pans... I am not losing my mind, i know what i ordered and what was offered... And if that is the case, why was I charged TWO S&H fees???
