My wife ordered the 2 frying pans as per the TV comercial she ordered it with a debit card boy were we shocked when we were delivered the whole set... Well I needed new pans so I thought I would try them I didn't try to use them till 2 days later I got the stock pot out and set it on my glass cook top the bottom was warped so badly it rocked back and forth. So I started looking at the set there were deep scratches on the interior and exterior of all the pans and I was short 1 10" frying pan... I called their coustumer service and told them I was sure I received some one else's returned merchandise the debit was for 56.95 on my card I told him my wife never ordered the whole set he said he couldn't tell me any thing about the order or how it was taken he said he could give me a RMA number and I could ship them back for a new set I said ok but if I find so much as 1 scratch they are all coming BACK 2 weeks went by I found a credit on my bank statment for the 56.95 but the Rep. Had said I would get a refund of my shipping fees witch were 29.95 counting the insurance I had to put on the high dollar junk in my opinion there should be a class action suite against these jokers and their top exctutives put in jail for a short stent maybe they would think twice before trying to push junk on TV
