On Jan 13 I order pans from orgreenic. Their ad stated that each order was for 2 orgreenic pans so I placed two orders with them which should have been 4 pans total. I had them anodized which was $9.98. They said I would recieve a free pan with this order and they would be upgraded to 10 inch pans instead of the 9 inch on the online order form. So I was expecting 5 pans total. I recieved on the 9th of February 3 pans. With a final figure of $64.95. This finally figure was about $10 dollars less than my original order. One set of 2 pans I was charged 29.98 for and a single pan I was charged $29.98, the other pan that was suppose to accompany that order didn't arrive and the free pan they told me I was getting with the order didn't arrive. I told TeleBrands about it and I would have to pay $29.98 to recieve the other pan and the free one they had promised. Of course I told them that they had lost a customer and I would never order another thing from TeleBrands. That was the second time I had ordered from Telebrands. The first order was screwed up also and I had to call and talk to them to get them to complete the first order too.
