In 12/14 I bought from IBC Precision Cooktop/Nuwave, an offer in TV of a cooktop in which you buy one cooktop with 3 frying pans and another pans and get another cooktop with the sames accesories free. The price was three payments of 33.33 that sums $99.99 plux S&H $29.99 each ($59.89) for the two tops and gifts. I payed in full the amount of $163.89 which they charged to my credit card. They sent me only the cooktops without the frying pans and the others pans and when I called to complain that did'nt send the rest they said that I have to pay additional $60.00 to cover the S&H of that pans (that are the gifts. Is impossible because I payed already for that and when I placed the order I asked the person that took the order if that s&h cover the cooktop and pans I she said yes, that every top and frying pans and the others pans were covered with that amount already payed.
