I purchased unlimited talk and text for my sister but her phone was never acativated. I purchased it so we could have access to her. Her granson died from a traggic accident and the family really need be in contact with her. They still have not activated her phone and you can't reach the company by phone period. So they basically took my money. I will be sending a letter to our government. This is unbelieving that a company would do such a thing with the governments name tied to it.
