DO NOT EVER USE Telefora!!! First, the item I received wasn't even close to the picture and had a tiny clear glass vase not the large pink cut vase special for Mother's Day as advertised. The amount of flowers in my "Deluxe" was a tenth of what you would see in the starndard order even. I called the 800 number and after being asked 4 times what did I order after providing my order number multiple times and being on hold for 45 minutes FINALLY got a "Supervisor" Jeff. After another 15 minutes of explaining this isn't even close to what I order multiple times he finally assured me that he would have the arrangement picked up and replaced today with the correct item ordered. No correction delivery was sent today! I called the florist that delivered the item and they stated they never received any type of correction to the order from teleflora and nothing they can do until this takes place.in addition, even if they hear from teleflora this evening they will not deliver a correction until the 16th at the earliest. Today is the 12th and this item was for Mother's Day tomorrow the 13th ordered and paid for over a week ago. Unfortunately, "due to the high volume, teleflora is no longer taking calls today". So far, ZERO resolution and $300 down the drain. This is absurd!!! Poor service 100%. Going back to 1800Flowers.com!!!
