I purchased a Dell XPS 15Z from on 11/3 for $904.83. Almost immediately the laptop failed and Dell replaced it. The 2nd laptop again failed and once again tech support could not repair it so Dell support decided it was best to replace it. The 3rd XPS 15Z replacement was a refurbished model instead of the new one I was promised and expected.
I have spent a large amount of money on this laptop. I have spent many hours setting up each unit received transferring files and installing programs. I have spent many many many hours with Dell support trying to resolve software and hardware problems.
I do not want a refurbished unit after having spent countless hours with problems from new ones.
I understand that the XPS 15Z is out of production. Dell should offer a total refund or they should offer a comparable replacement model that is in production rather then ask me to start again with a refurbished XPS 15Z.
