I posted a previous complaint on March 23 about this company and how they scammed me out of $119.95 from an online offer they had about a trial e-cig kit. They have since then offered through usacomplaints.com to resolve the issue and refund my money in full. I called them to ask them why one month later I still had not received payment to my Paypal account, they claimed that they HAD paid me. I never received a single penny back from them, even after going to the trouble to pay to ship their inferior product back to them, setting up a Paypal account for them to send payment to, and approximately 2 hours total on the phone with these incompetent people. They say the issue is resolved, but trust me... It is not!!!
