On March 29 Paypal began 'reversing' funds that I received as payment for goods that I sent to a customer. At this point I have one Paypal account that has a large negative balance and antoher account that has funds in it that Paypal will not allow me to access. Multiple e-mails and phone calls to Paypal did nothing but frustrate and infuriate me. There has been absolutley no attempt on Paypal's part to resolve this issue. Their 'customer service' personnel actually laugh and curse at you when you try to talk to them.
