Received an "Express Notice" from a Financial Acquisition Agency indicating that I had been selected to receive a transfer of prize funds established in my name. The total amount claimed as being due to me is $2,536, 092.23. I have been assigned an account number to use to claim these funds.
I am required to submit the attached "Express Notice Tracking Form" and it is to be completed by me. Also to be included (from me) is a transfer fee of $20 payable to FAA.By submitting the form and fee, my cash prize will be "rushed" to me by a bonded federal carrier.
