Received an "Express Notice" from FAA indicating that funds in the amount of $2,536, 092.23 are established in my name by third party sponsors not affiliated with FAA, who is an independent notification service.
To facilitate transfer of said funds, I am required to verify and submit the attached "Express Notice Tracking Form." Also to be included is a $20 transfer fee payable to FAA.
By complying with the stated requirements within five days, I am promised that the cash accounting will be rushed to me by a bonded federal carrier.
