Received EXPRESS NOTICE that a cash award total of over $2,536, 092.23 identified and now pending payment. The letter asked for verification of following eligibility requirements. "Please initial where indicated, sign and date at the bottom, and return the Tracking Form in the reply envelope provided."

"As soon as we receive your signed and completed Express Notice Tracking Form, your claim will be processed and your cash accounting rushed to you by bonded federal carrier."
At the bottom of the form was the following: "By my signature below I certify all answers are true. My transfer fee of $20 is enclosed in Cash, Check or Money Order payable to FAA. Please rush my cash prize account to me by bonded federal carrier."
