I received an epress notice on march28.2013 stating that i had been selected and account no. 7549038322 had been established in my name. To facilitate transfer of funds to me, of the complete accounting of funds due to me. I had to sign an epress tracking form and return it by april 5th which i did. The form stated that that as soon as they received my signed and completed tracking form along with a 20.00 dollar transfer fee, my claim would be processed and my cash accounting would be rushed to me by bonded federal carrier. Didn't happen. Every other day i get the same notice asking 20.00 dollares. If i did sent the money i would be out of 240.00 by now. They also sent notices from prize entry research agency, judging an financial matters final processing, entry entitlement services, unclaimed sweeps announcement and citation entitlement committee, but the all have the same address.
