My husband passed away, and I had to move, and cancle Directv, as they don't allow dishes at my new place. I received my final bill balance 0. My contract was up and I had returned my equipment then I receive a bill saying I owed for ppv. I have never used it nor had a phone line hooked up to receive it. I called and told them and they would not credit my account. They said even though I didn't receive the movies it showed up on my card in the equipment that someone had tried to download the movies so I have to pay for it. I know I didn't try to download them, ever, and as they saw the movies were never downloaded, why do I owe them money? I told them I have been a customer for 7 years always payed my bill on time and would absoultely pay if I had watched these movies, but I didn't so I should not have to pay. She was rude and told me I have to pay for them anyway. I think they are trying to just squeeze more money out of me that I don't owe. After being treated so badly after being such a long and good customer I will never have directv again, when I told her this she didn't care.
