Kenmore boiler k90-200. Horrible product. Stopped working in the middle of winter only after having it for a few months. Then this year did not work again. Sears repair came out and the tech did not "feel" like fixing it. Did not even look at it. He just met me at the door and told me it had nothing to do with Sears anymore. I called Sears as soon as tech left to complain but I was unsuccessful in doing so. (Call center just kept passing the buck). Called another repair service and got it working again. But now there is a different problem and it won't work again. Holy smokes! I came to a realization that I bought scrap metal for over $7k. The worst product/product support/repair/customer service I've ever experienced. The sad part is I was willing to obviously over-pay for this for peace of mind for me and my tenants. Never-ever again will deal with Sears. If I could, I would have them come back and take their junk out of my building and get my money back.
