Called to transfer phone number to new phone

I gave all the serial numbers and existing phone number to tranfer to a new phone that I had just bought. He somehow erased my original phone number not to just the first phone; but the other 2 phones that we own at the sametime. I have called 3 times with no help from any representive and they had no idea how this would happen. This is now my buisness phone number to more than 500 customers plus which I am not able to get back. They even stated that this original phone number was given to another phone cusomter in less than 2 hours! Please let me know what I can do to correrct this matter if I can. Thank you; Randy Fellows.
