Defective Whirlpool Front LoadWashe

I purchased a Whirlpool front load washer. It was delievered on March 23. When I tried to used the machine several days later, the power button would not come on. I called Whirlpool customer service. They sent out a technician from A& E Factory Services. (This is a compnay that Whirlpool subcontracts with). The technician checked the washer and said it was defective and needed to be replaced. I contact Whirlpool customer service and they said I would have to have a second opinion. Another technician from A & E Factory service came out and checked the washer and also said that the washer was defective and needed to be replaced. Both technicains provided their documentation to Whirlpool customer service. Whirlpool contacted me and said they would order the defective part and replace the part. How can you replace a part from a washer that is defective when it comes from the manufactory. The washer never worked. It was defective when they delivered the washer to my residence. I want a new washer; not a replacement part for a defective washer!!!
