Called to order a JL Audio subwoofer and Alpine amp. Asked specifically if the serial number is intact before I placed my order. Was told "absolutely! The serial number will come intact". I received both products, and the serial numbers have been scraped off. I called and told them that they lied to me, and they said that I have to pay to ship them back. They also offer warranties through Warrantech for the products that they sale. This company requires the serial number to be intact (I verified this through Warrantech). So, they lie to you, sell you products with no serial number, sell you an extended warranty that cannot be honored. This company should be shut down. They are based in Ca. According to Ca, it is illegal to sell items with defaced/removed serial numbers:
