I don't understand why Jfs lets benefits end before they schedule the revert interview. My phone interview happened the day before my benefits were to end and I faxed documents the same day. I don't understand why its 30 days later and still cannot be told anything about my case. I have been on hold for hours at a time and the phone operators keep telling me to try back tomorrow. I asked for caseworker number but was told they don't have that information. I'm starting to take it personally. I just wish I could get a straight answer.
