It takes sometimes a week to get a return phone call from a caseworker/therapist. The receptionist is rude when you've called the wrong building. My caseworker is indifferent to my problem. My therapist mostly just stares at me waiting for me to say something - when you are confused about everything you don't know what to say. My doctor there seems to be OK but to get to him you have to go either through a therapist or caseworker. I will amend this at a later time.
