So supposedly I missed a phone interview that I did not know I even had due to the fact I NEVER received anything in the mail stating so. So once the first hit and I did not receive my food stamps I called in asking why and that's when I was told I'd missed a phone interview. Long story short my interview was rescheduled I was called the very next day... Cool... The worker stated the only thing I needed to submit was the 7204 form I told her I was going to fax this info over because we DO NOT HAVE any food! I submitted this info on Friday early morning... Called yesterday waited on hold for an HOUR before someone got on the phone only to tell me they hadn't received my fax. Called again today hold time 45 mins same thing they haven't received my fax yet. What is the point in faxing if the wait time is STILL ridiculously long? People will starve waiting on JFS smh then the hold time on the phone is outrageous! The workers are unnecessarily NASTY to even talk too! Smh I just don't get it, there are people such as myself who honestly do need the assistance! I'm just hoping that I don't have the same experience I've had the last time I went through this crap where I faxed over info and they supposedly never received it even though I had my receipt from the library saying I did but I was still forced to fax the info over again! As days and days went by! You can't talk to the worker you initially dealt with, if you ask to speak with a supervisor they will tell you there isn't one to speak with AND will actually hang up on you! For this to be a government benefit is sure is a very unpleasant experience! I've dealt with Clermont County before and it's NOTHING like Hamilton! Smh never had these kind of issues out there wish I would have stayed!!!
