Daughter registered at Target store and completed it online. After invitations for showers went out, we became aware that there was a problem. People were calling and telling us that the thing (s) they were buying were not coming off the registry. Upon calling the contact phone number and speaking with a baby registry/complaint clerk she offered no answer to the problem saying that it was an ongoing problem that they were aware of! She would not let me speak to a manager and I asked to make a formal complaint and she said she was the person to do that with and my complaint was noted. We are put in an uncomfortable position as some have told us that they will go off the registry to buy something else. We are SO disappointed!
