I switched over to PEPCO's Energy Rewards Program almost a year ago, tempted by the ability to get web access to my thermostat. Thisservice has never been available to me and I feel that PEPCO has acted in a dishonest manner regarding this issue. They removed a great thermostat and replaced it with a piece ofgarbage that does not work and nor does not have a web portal.
POC's include Sheila Hassani, Virginia DeLuca, Judi Tackett, and Donald Moore - all of whom say it is not theirfault but someone else in PEPCO. We this is someone's fault - so they should fix it!
