I ordered a product form the DH Gate site which i paid for in full via paypal for the sum of $129.95.
28th Jan
I received an email from the supplier stating that the product i had ordered was no longer available and they advised me of an alternative. They explained that they would send me the alternative product unless i cancelled the order by the 8th Feb. I therefore cancelled the order immediatly.
8th Feb
I received an email from the supplier stating that they had dispatched the item. I cancelled the order AGAIN using the website procedure.
16th April
Some considerable time has passed now and ive not received the item or a refund from the supplier or DH Gate. Ive not even had any responses to my emails. I also tried raising a dispute with Paypal, but as the order date was more than 45 days ago. They cant help me!
My fingers have been burned... But it wont happen again!
Make sure it dosnt happen to you!
Stay away from hd gate!!!
