I placed an order on dh gate and i paid through western union quick collect and i have requested a refund because the company keeps stating they never received the money. I contacted western union days after and they told me the money was put into dh gate's account the same day. I have been going back and forth with the company through email. They keep saying they didn't receive the money. I sent them my info several times and they keep playing games. Im fed up
