I ordered an item from their website. After taking my payment, I received an email stating that they no longer had that item in-stock. I was given the choice to order something else, I declined and asked for a refund. I was told that the order would be cancelled and I have receive a refund in 24 hours. After a week, I still had not received a refund. I contacted them again, at which time I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and it would take 3-5 days to receive a refund. It's now been over 5 business days and I still have not received a refund. I tried to contact the company one last time and have received no response.
