Ordered two gates online from Shopko. Received an order confirmation for two showing $165 to my Visa. Several days later received 1 gate with an included invoice for $88 and reference to my Visa and a $165 charge. Assumed the two gates had shipped separate. Waited 2 days. Called Shopko to find out about the 2nd gate. First customer service rep told me I had been charged $80 for one gate only. Hung up when I tried to explain the invoice sent with the gate showed $88. Called back. On hold 20 mins. Requested a supervisor. Supervisor explained second gate was on backorder. But that they would need to re-charge my account to actually ship the second gate to me. They confirmed that they don't notify the customer when there is a back order and they have to also have the customer re-provide the credit card information in order for them to ship the back ordered item. Terrible business process and customer service.
