On August 29, I placed an order with Power2Battery.com for a replacementlaptop battery ($153 USD), which I had been having difficulty finding anywhereelse. I paid through PayPal.
After nearly 2 months, I still had not received my order. I tried contactingthem by all email addresses I could find on their website, as well as theironline form. (I really had to dig to find any way to contact them and they do not offer a phone number.) By that time, the window for a dispute through PayPal had passedand they could not offer any assistance.
After many attempts to reach them, I received one email back stating theproduct was on back-order and would be back in stock within 15 days. They couldissue a refund or would send the product in 15 days if I could wait. Since Ihad difficulty finding the product in the first place, I decided to wait the 15days.
It has now been nearly 5 months and I still do not have the product. I havecontacted them numerous times and cannot get a response from them. Ihave requested a full refund from them each time, yet I still have not received a response or refund.
