Placed the order, no acknowledgement, PayPal paid, waited about three weeks, emailed supplier - no response, filed a claim with Paypal, a week later they say supplier has proof of shipment - for me to negotiate with supplier. Again no response to email.
PayPal profits form a supplier who appears to be running a scam so they are as guilty as the supplier.
