Inc. Rip-off! I paid the bills but they're garnishing me anyway

I am being garnished for the surgical bills 'but they paid all the doctors bill's and the hospital bill. My lawyer is not doing to much about this. It has been app. 5 years and now she still hasn't done to much to get my money back and get these bills paid.
