Paid none of my bills

I paid the insurance company for 5 months, in that time the company paid nothing on any of my doctor, or hospitals bills I had. I paid the company 189.90 per month, the company should have at least paid something on my bills, the presp. Meds were not covered either. I feel the company should pay me back the money so I can pay all the bills they left me to pay. Now I have to figure out how to pay all the bills and I am not working, and we have lost all things we had...
