We cancelled our Dish TV service back in October paying off our remaining balance after returning our equipment (the fee they charge to return their equipment to them) on Nov. 3. Thought we were done with them, equipment returned, final bill paid in full, but NO!!!
We received another bill in Dec for $28.85 for 4 movies (1 from Dec 16, 1 from Dec 31, 1 from Jan 13, and 1 from Mar 24). I questioned why I was being billed for movies from 9 to 12 months prior, and since I had paid monthly bills I asked for copies of all my bills for that period to be sent to me to make sure I had not already been billed and paid for the movies as I paid my bills online and as soon as I cancelled and paid my last bill I could not access my account to check it out online myself. Well they sent me the Nov and Dec bills not those i requested and then I now get a bill from debt collectors that if I don't pay bill it will go to collections. I AM SO SICK OF DISH TV at this point I just paid it and want to be done with them. I will never use dish tv again and warn others buyer beware and stay clear of them!!!
