My husband & I reside in Aventura, Florida.
Recently we decided to buy some new electronis, etc. HHGregg recently opened an outlet here so we decided to give them a try.
First of all, we walked into an empty store. Devoid of customers... Apart from us there were 3 other customers.
We walked in and instead of being greeted and offered help by the 5 sales people who were standing at the entrance, we were ignored.
Our office phone system was on life support, so it was necessary to get a phone that day.instead of leaving and heading elsewhere we decided to purchase at HHGregg since we were short on time.
Bottom line:
*We were not offered any help by the many salespeople standing around.
They all looked as if they wished we (customers), would all leave.
*When we were at the check-out desk the attitude was basically, "you're bothering me!"
*Took forever, computer problems... And this is with an empty store. What would happen if they were full?
*Thought about speaking with the manager, but he looked non-chalant also.
I've seen all the other complaints about the various stores of HHGregg and trying to speak with the customer service dept. At their head office is impossible as you are left on hold.
We will NEVER go back!
Yesterday we spent $300 on a camera at another store. We are going to reno our apartment and will need all new appliances... HHGregg will not see a dollar of that renovation!!!
What is happening with this corporation?
If I were a stockholder... There would be some major questions that would need to be answered because they are throwing stockholders' money down the toilet.
Hhgregg corporate management... A message to you:
it's time to kick some butt.
People are out of jobs and if the one's you are currently hiring aren't interested in working... It's pretty

Or... You will be out of business soon!!!
