Purchased my kitchen appliances from hhgregg sep'2011. The refrigerator is a mess when we open the freezer door the water drips by the side of the door, we complained they replaced it but the second one has the same problem, when we called the manager of the store he says i need to use my service plan and see if it can be fixed, why will i use my service plan when the "refrigerator is brand new" well we tried that too the tech says they need to order the new freezer door and it will take 4 to 6 weeks, we are so frustrated with the situation and the customer service of hhgregg is no help at all, i will never go to hhgregg again.
