My family and I visited the Whitehall, PA store the first week it opened and we were greeted and asked several times if we needed help with anything. We recently went back and needed help and no one greeted us nor did anyone ask if we needed any assistance. We waited over 15 minutes as we watched other customers leave looking just as irritated as we were. We ended up asking someone at a booth if someone could help us. She looked all around the store for someone. After another 15 minutes or so she found a co-worker and asked him if he could help us. I overheard him saying he was a little busy and asked why. She explained we asked for some help. He looked at us if we would've been wasting his time. I said to the both of them, that's ok we have waited long enough and we will go elsewhere just like the last several customers have done. I can't not believe the lack of customer service these employees have and will NEVER return to another HHGregg store again. We will NEVER return to HHGregg again.
