HHGregg does not back their own promises much less the paper it was written on. This is for a rebate on a delivery of LG refrigerator. Apparently the manager does not speak with customers who purchase their appliances, without going thru a screening process. The 1st issue - have not recvd the promise of a rebate The 2nd issue - cannot speak with the manager of the store
