After a significant purchase through HHGregg - GE Money claimed that they notified me of pulling the promotional item if a payment was late. I would always for years pay over and above the minimum payment due. I was late twice and no one at the HHGregg office would stand up and argue on my behalf. The store's General Manager Jeff claimed he tried to contact someone higher up in the HHGregg ladder to reinstate the promotional item. His response "GE calls the shots and it's out of their hands"
For a company, that's bad business to keep repeat customers. Its oblivious that, the customer isn't the priority through HHGregg. They allow the finance company to settle matters. This is a terrible business policy. I'm sorry to say that I won't be a customer for HHGregg again until this issue is handled on professional business plain. When you allow a finance company such as GE Money to maintain and promote your store customers, you're setting a bad example.
