I noticed an $11.99 charge on my dedit card for Feb 23 and Mar 23. I called the number listed with the charge on my statement and was told that whenever you visit a store and pay with a credit/debit card you are automatically "enrolled" in a "Backstage Pass" something. I asked for the name of the store and was told they have "thousands". They gave me a "cancellation number" (Z125K8FV) to cancel my VIP account! I asked to have my money refunded and they said I don't qualify because I didn't cancel the subscription in 7 days. A subscription I didn't even know about!!! So totally a scam. You purchase something and are automatically enrolled. What tripe! I want my money back.in fact, everyone taken in by this should get quadruple damages back.
