First, a pop-up screen appears asking you to take an internet survey (internetsurvey.com). You are told you will receive up to $50 of free gifts. Then, if you choose Geneva Watch as your gift, you are asked to pay $1.00, then an additional $4.95 for shipping.
If you go for it, you are then automatically charged $88.99 on your credit card without your knowing. When you contact the company, they say the screen where you entered your order explains that you agreed to a monthly subscription for $88.99 per month. You can cancel the subscription, but then they say they're "processing the cancellation."
When you receive the watch, you'll see that is worth maybe $3.00 at most. Then when you try to return it for a refund, they tell you they won't give you an RMA number because you haven't cancelled your subscription. When you tell them you did cancel it, they say "the cancellation has not yet been processed, and we can't give you an RMA number until it is." Incidentally, they tell you have to return the watch within 15 days from the date they ship it to you, but good luck getting an RMA number within 15 days, or anytime for that matter.
