This is the second time that I have experienced unauthorized charges on my card with them. I contacted there dispute department who told me to fax a paper stating all of the transactions that were being disputed and once the fax was received the claim would be processed. I fax the paper the same day. The next week they only credited me for $137.10 and I received a letter stating that the dispute was closed. Once I receive the letter I contacted them and go nowhere. I was transferred multiple times and told that I only received credit for 2 out of the 12 transactions. There "manager" stated that they never received a fax for all of the transactions and that they will see if they can open a new claim for the funds. I repeatedly asked her would she like for me to send her the fax conformation page and she declined and disconnected the call. I have gotten nowhere with these people and do not know what else to do.
