Placed an online order on 3/27. Euro Pro Shark steam mop was due to be delivered by April 4th. I called on April 4th to check status and order status was not found. Customer service had no real excuse for my order status not being found. They told me to call back again. Called again April 9th, no order status found again. I checked with UPS customer service, order was never given to them. I used the self tracking service throughout the week and Tracking Number was invalid. I was billed immediately after I placed my online order so I believe I should be given the same courtesy when it comes to recieving my order. They didn't have a problem getting my money, I shouldn't have a problem getting my product.
