I am -tired today (3rd March), went for buy a item like Travel Hair Appliances item no. 30285784/5/6/7. I wasted my time like 2 hrs in store, first all i ask where is this item? One of ur cust. Rep. Guide me it is near by pharmacy section. I started to search this item but i couldn't find, then i approached one of ur cust. Rep. She tried to find this thing but she failed, even she couldn't find this item tag and then she told me this item must sold out. I asked her who can help me for store inventory for this item, she pushed me at customer service, i went there and ask for above. There was a guy told me we don't have this right, you have to go Electronic section they have this facility. Then i went electronics section, and ask for this item inventory, there was also poor system i found, one guy was trying to search this but he took 30 min. There and finally he found we have 16 piece of this thing available today, you have to check again there, again i tried to find this item but i failed finally. Really i had very very bad expirience and i am tired too much today with wallmart poor system. I surprised this is big store in scarborough town center and no proper system found.
I decided today, i will not visit any Wall-mart now onwards.
