Walmart cancellation review

I ordered an item online on Dec 30th, as of Jan 5 it still was in processing, I went on line and the item was now in stock in the store I was having the item delivered to, I called the store to see if I cld get the previous item I ordered cancelled since it was still in processing and he assured me I could, so I ordered the item and picked up same day, went to the site to store, associate tried to look up the previous item I had ordered so he could cancel but it was not in his system, they couldnt find it anywhere, I emailed walmart.com to cancel my order, said not possible, I received shipping notice Jan 7th of the first order, even though I have spent two days trying to cancel now my bank with be charged for the second item and I will have to return and wait for funds to g back in my account - Bottom line, do not order on line - they do not have a cancellation policy
