October 22 I was very excited this past Sunday, not only to get out of the hospital after 5 days due to a stroke, but to find the exact item my son desired for Christmas. Due to the surgery, I couldn't drive so today my husband took me to Shopko to buy the item advertised. When I went to the electronic section, I was told they just adjusted the ad because it was wrong and I could no longer get the item at the advertised price (however patrons Sunday and Monday did?!?!?!) I was very upset feeling this is poor customer service. When I asked about the item they were offering in place it was a regular 3DS, but they didn't offer it in all the colors only red (again why?) They ad displayed a 3ds XL and they just put up a sign today saying it was only a 3ds not the 3ds xl and then they wouldn't let me get a 3ds in the preferred color. Very false advertising and then they weren't willing to help me or even offer a solution. Just said sorry. Then check your ad and your pictures before you print. It was not only a huge inconvenience, but a terrible disappointment. I know other chain stores who honor their prices and ads even if they are wrong so they will be getting my business which is unfortunate because I liked Shopko
