Ordered their sample trial product anti-aging skin cream about 2 weeks ago.
I checked my bank acct and found an unauthorized charge for another item
that was not ordered as I had not yet had a chance to try the original.
Contacted their customer service desk, told that on their website their is an
agreement to cancel within 14 days or the product will be sent and charged
automatically. They could not refund or credit my account based on my consumer
complaint as the product was already mailed. I have to wait for it enter a # to retrun the product. Only once they receive the returned item will they reverse
credit or refund the charges less the return postage. What a scam, when someone orders an item on a trial basis their should or can not be a nebulous and unclear terms that automatically send products without verbal consent of the
customer. Website agreement terms should and do not always seem obvious
as to what one is getting involved with. This company for whatever praised
miracle skin cream they possess, loses me as a customer by the very devious and underhanded assuming business practice they follow. I wouldn'e accept
any product even free gratis for a year based on this most disturbing and illegal
act. Hotels can not keep credit card information past 24 hours and these folks
have our information and use it without confirmation from an authorization from
a customer especially in this day and age of fraud and ID theft!!!
