I agreed to a trial offer for RVTL anti-aging cream and Eqinox face cream for only shipping and handling charges of $4.95. I recv'd product with no company information, terms or telephone number.in two weeks my credit card was charged for product and assigned as auto-refill program to receive additional product every 3 weeks and charged $95.95 for Equinox and $105.95 for anti-aging cream. I recv'd another delivery three weeks later—also with no identification. Thankfully my Credit Card company called me about these charges because they declined the last charge and alerted me to the previous charges. Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print with the terms of this order. There is no recourse because the company printed their policy in the fine print. I'm on paperless plan with this CC which I only use for appliance purchase— but used it in error. They will not accept any unopened product—which I have—if it not cancelled within two weeks, and already charged my account for this month, and will charge me a restocking fee for the product I did not get yet when I retun it. This is such a disgraceful scam—Lesson learned—there is no such thing as "free trial offer."
