After paying postage for a trial of DermaPure, I found an $89.95 charge on my credit card. With my DermaPure order, the company pushed free trials of two services (1 for 14 days; 1 for 30 days). I called the "800"number on the charge to cancel all services and future orders. The customer service man in India was totally unhelpful. He insisted the $89.95 was for the trial cream and that I must send it back before I could get a refund. He seemed unaware of the services offered through the company. He gave me no information on how to return the product or to get a refund. No information ever arrived for the "services" for which I believe I was charged, and there was no contact information in the box with the product. I perceive this company as using the skin product as a scam for pushing non-existent "services" for which they can charge the public. Is this another of those scams I have read about that emanate from overseas, where they cannot be prosecuted???
